The PP in question is PP Number 104 of 2015 on Procedures for Changes in the Allocation and Function of Forest Areas. The article being sued is Article 51 paragraph (2) which reads:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the case of plantation business activities whose permission is issued by the local government based on the provincial or district\/city spatial plan stipulated by local regulations before the enactment of Law Number 26 of 2007 on Spatial Arrangement and based on the applicable spatial plan but based on Law Number 41 of 1999 on Forestry as amended by Law Number 19 of 2004 on the Establishment of Government Regulation Substituting Law Number 1 of 2004 on Amendments to Law Number 41 of 1999 on Forestry Becoming a Law, area according to the map of the Forest Area which is a Forest Area with conservation and\/or protection function,given the opportunity to continue the business for 1 (one) cycle of the main crop.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Who would have thought, this lawsuit was granted by the MA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Accept HUM’s application,” said the MA’s decision as quoted from the MA’s website, Tuesday (31\/12\/2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sitting as the chairman of the council is the chief judge Supandi.
