Village Information System<\/p>\n

One of the mandates of Article 86, Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is that villages are required to have a village information system (SID). This SID is a window that opens the horizon of the village’s existence to the world. In fact, there are many opportunities as well as challenges with villages using SID. Openness (transparency), the best service (prime) for villagers, village promotion, cooperation between villages and third parties, and various other benefits can be felt with the existence of SID.<\/p>\n

The result of the collaboration between the Combine Resource Institution (CRI), Yogyakarta and BITRA Indonesia (YBI), the implementation of SID was born in BITRA assisted villages, online:<\/p>\n

Some villages are still developing SID offline and are trying to go online.<\/p>\n
